Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create a arteemis account we store your email address, full name, company info, and your LinkedIn account credentials (encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM). We also store the contacts, signals, and message activity generated by your agents.

The support button opens WhatsApp, where you choose which messages or files to send to our support contact. Arteemis does not attach screenshots, session recordings, or technical logs to that conversation. Previously submitted product reports remain stored pending a separate data cleanup.

How we use your data

We use this data exclusively to operate the arteemis service for you: detecting buying signals on LinkedIn, scoring leads against your ICP, and dispatching outreach actions on your behalf. We don't sell your data, share it with third parties for their marketing, or use it to train AI models for other customers.

Google user data

When you connect a Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox, arteemis asks Google for permission to send email from it (gmail.send), to read its messages (gmail.readonly), and for its name, email address and profile picture. We use this access only to send the emails you prepare and schedule in arteemis, to find the replies to them and the messages exchanged with your contacts so they appear in your arteemis inbox, and to show which mailbox is connected. Other messages are read to be matched and are never stored.

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. The content of stored messages is processed by Anthropic only to classify replies and draft answers that you review; it is never used to train AI models. You can disconnect the mailbox at any time from Channels, which stops all access, and revoke it from your Google account.

arteemis's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Subprocessors

We rely on the following subprocessors to deliver the service:

• Hetzner, hosting of the application, the PostgreSQL database and files (Germany)
• Clerk, authentication
• Stripe, billing
• Anthropic, message generation
• Resend, transactional email
• Unipile, connection of LinkedIn accounts and delivery of LinkedIn messages
• Google and Microsoft, the mailboxes you connect (sending and reading email through their APIs)
• Amazon Web Services, encrypted backups (Ireland)

Your rights

You can export or delete all your data at any time from your account settings. Reach out to privacy@arteemis.xyz for any data request.
